Team Training
Matrix Team Training will set in motion your greatest reasons for success in 2009
There are probably a half-dozen things that will be your greatest reasons for success. You’ll find them in any area of success, whether it’s your new year’s resolution to lose weight or your commitment to your family to make your part-time JD Premium business a success. JD Premium success is built on fundamental laws, not the luck of the draw. To get lucky would be the worst thing that could happen to you in this business, because you wouldn’t know how you got there. You wouldn’t be able to teach the steps to success to anyone, and your downline couldn’t make it happen for themselves. You couldn’t duplicate a uniform process, and this would kill your growth. In the referral marketing industry, specific, proven activities always come before results. And in your JD Premium business, you can expect your income to follow a few proven, correct activities within 90 to 120 days.

When you joined JD Premium you received an audio CD, a few copies of our Health News Journal, and a short outline of things to do within your first 24 hours. Our goal was to get you to promote yourself to Director within hours, not weeks or months.
If you haven’t become a Director yet, you will want to go back and review that CD and follow those simple Fast Start steps in your kit. Go over them with your enroller and make a commitment to follow through.
Once you are a Director, you will have more training. But it doesn’t make sense to overwhelm you with leadership training before you even have a team to lead.

When you are a Director, you are Matrix Qualified, and you can open up a link we will send you for your Matrix Team Training. It will help you set up a system with your team to track their actions on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis and, if you wish, project results based on your level of activity. |
Our goal is to give the best training possible to every JD Premium Director so they can quickly become independent and self-reliant leaders of their new team. We understand that each person who enrolls has differing levels of time, energy, self-confidence, desire, and talent. That’s why we’ve made the system easy to adapt to your specific level. Start from where you are. Believe in the unique abilities and circumstances you have been given, and give yourself the necessary time to get the results you desire.
How to use your Matrix Team Training materials
As a Matrix Qualified Director, you’ll want to review your Matrix Team Training ideas as often as you can during your first 90 days. Then you can use them as a quick overview every month or whenever you feel you have reached either an exciting, positive period in your business or a discouraging downturn. Stephen Covey tells us that we all have to think like pilots. Pilots are off course a large percentage of the time and are forced to continually make little course corrections. This training is designed to help you make these small course corrections and warn you against major distractions that could take you completely off course and ruin your chances for success. For that to happen, you have to go through this material many times.

It’s sad that we get our training in high school, trade school or college before we have much experience in the real world. If you went back to some of your training after real-life experience, you’d get more out of it. You probably won’t learn some of the most important lessons from your Matrix Team Training until you have tried a few things and failed a time or two. Then you’ll read through the training one more time and recognize the need to conduct your business according to the handful of key, proven principles of referral marketing success. So even though you may think you understand what you are reading the first time through, you will need to go through it and possibly even teach it to others several times to recognize the key points you’ll miss the first time through because of lack of experience.
The fastest ways to learn is to follow a process called PLAN—DO—REVIEW. High-energy people are eager to earn a lot of money quickly, they have great goals and high standards, and that’s good. But bright, quick learners often give training a quick overview, then all they do is do and do and do and do without stopping to review the training and then plan what they need to do to adjust to correct principles. To maximize your training, you have to review and perfect constantly. You can only make money in this business if you are on a constant search to review the basics of success and become better and better at getting them implemented into every member of your team.

Make a January resolution to become Matrix Qualified then build your team’s training around correct success principles that you “plan, do, and review.”
