What is the shipping policy for our krill?
We usually ship orders by priority mail. Customers should expect a 3-5 day delivery time for their krill. This will include time to process the orders of krill.
What is our return policy for our krill?
Your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30 day money back guarantee (less shipping and handling). The krill must also still be sealed. If there are other exigent circumstances please contact us so that we may resolve them quickly.
Why does our krill cost so much?
Our krill is much more than reading a supplement table on a bottle. You cannot simply take more of a cheaper brand of krill to achieve the benefits our krill offers. WHY OUR KRILL?
- Our krill uses a special cold extraction method developed with 15 international patents and proprietary process. This preserves not only the valuable krill but makes it 48 times more absorbable than fish oil.
- We harvest E. superba krill in the Antarctic Ocean on floating factories which only pull the krill on board once they are ready to encapsulate it. These pristine waters are untouched, unpolluted and federally regulated. This keeps our krill potent and loaded with goodness.
- There are 85 species of krill. We only use the #1 species – the Euphasia species or (E. superba) krill. We do not add fillers to our krill.
- Our pure krill oil is formed and double encapsulated so you don’t get the fishy burp taste afterwards.

THINGS OUR KRILL DOES NOT HAVE OR DO! 
- Did you know – in order for a company to be FDA compliant they only have to have 75% of what they say they have in the bottle? Others companies compensate their krill by adding cheaper oils (plants, etc.) to their krill to stretch it out more.
- Other companies use acetone (women use this as fingernail polish remover) and other harmful chemicals, etc. to harvest their krill.
- Other krill companies use crappy krill from polluted waters which contain mercury and other pollutants. These lower grades of krill are also less potent.
- Other krill companies use a heat extraction technique which destroys vital nutrients in the krill making it inferior. They do this to save money.
- Other krill companies have very little astaxanthin in their krill so it does not stay potent as long and it smells bad. They use inferior preservative techniques to keep the krill fresh and potent for you.
