Conference Calls and other Communication Tools

For months now we have been asking our leaders how they want us to support them on the Wednesday night live calls. Everywhere we ask the question, the answer is almost always the same. They like the short, half-hour format. They love the product information and the testimonials. But they admitted that many of their leaders and new IBOs weren’t on the call because they were in Opportunity Meetings. We can’t argue with that! I’ve been asking our leaders if they would like us to move the call to the noon hour so that we could free up their evenings for their Opportunity Meetings. They said, “We really like the call, but we want to be able to control it. Just make the call, record it and put it on the web so everyone can listen to it at their leisure.” In response to their request, here’s what we are going to do. We have discontinued our live Wednesday night call and replacing it with three major calls/information sharing vehicles. They would be:

• A pre-recorded Opportunity Call that stays the same.
• A Training Call with the following:
• Product information and testimonials
• Late-breaking news from the company
• Sponsoring ideas and success stories
• A weekly live radio show with guest speakers
• Other live Announcement Calls as needed.

Here’s how they will work. The pre-recorded Opportunity Call will be available by telephone and computer 24/7. It will present the most exciting highlights of our compensation plan, how someone can enroll and get started making money, and a brief overview of the products. It’s designed not only to give your new IBOs a place to send their contacts online or by phone, but it’s also a way new IBOs can learn how to explain the compensation plan. Our weekly Training Call will be available by telephone or on the Internet 24/7. The content will change weekly. It will last up to 30 minutes. Because of timely announcements, it will be important for all IBOs to listen to the call each week. These will also be available as downloadable podcasts so IBOs can put them on their IPODs for convenient listening. Each call will be archived. Each week as we feature a product, we will also provide a printable fact-sheet they can print from their website and keep in a notebook to help them answer questions. We are announcing a weekly Saturday Healthy Life radio show that will be held every Saturday at 9:00 a.m. Mountain Time. We’ll announce “special” upcoming guest speakers and subjects in advance so you can plan for it. This one-hour call will be archived on the website. We will promote our topics in newsletters, web page announcements, e-mails and other marketing avenues.

Announcement Calls will be scheduled and held on an as-needed basis to get exciting news and important instructions to everyone…fast. You’ll want to glance at your website or check for an email blast daily so you don’t miss one of these important calls.
