REQUIREMENTS:
1. Be a qualified Director
2. Four (4) personally enrolled IBO’s

YOU RECEIVE:

2. Matrix Training – turn on the switch to advanced training in your “team office”
3. Newsletter Recognition
4. Congratulation letter and certificate

Second Level Award
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Be a qualified Director
2. Fill your second row in your Matrix

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
1. 1, 2, 3 or 4 Star Director Certificate, depending on how many Directors you have in your second level
2. Congratulations letter in the mail
3. Possible corporate training and formal certificate presentation in your area*
4. Newsletter recognition

Third Level Award
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be a qualified Director
2. 1,2,3 or 4 Star Director Certificate, depending on percentage of Directors you have in your third level
3. Congratulatory letter in the mail
4. Possible Corporate Training and wall plaque presentation in your area*
5. Newsletter recognition

Fourth Level Award
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be a qualified Director
2. 1, 2, 3 or 4 Star Director Certificate, depending on percentage of Directors you have in your fourth level
3. Congratulatory letter in the mail
4. Possible Corporate Training and insignia pen presentation in your area*
5. Newsletter recognition & story with photo

Fifth Level Award (Filled Matrix)
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be a qualified Director
2. 1, 2, 3 or 4 star Director Certificate, depending on percentage of Directors you have in your fifth level
3. Congratulations letter in the mail*
4. Newsletter recognition & story with photo
5. Trophy
6. Pay for travel & lodging at the next major corporate event
7. Presenter at events and conventions
